Fitness and pickleball

Mondays & Thursdays at 8am

A fitness-focused pickleball program designed to improve skills, overall health, and on-court performance. Sessions are open to all skill and fitness levels and include 40 minutes of skill development and 20 minutes of scalable, full-body training.

All sessions are free! Open Pickleball will follow at 9am,  so feel free to stick around!
