Sports Waiver
*Waiver NOT needed for Upward Sports*
A yearly sports waiver MUST be completed BEFORE participating in any sporting activity.
We welcome adults 18+ from our community to participate in our sports programs. Through our Activity Center, we have the opportunity to build community, enjoy sports, and share the Gospel. To help keep these events safe and enjoyable for everyone, all participants are expected to respect the facilities and follow all WHBC guidelines and policies.

Requirements

  • Fully complete and sign a YEARLY WAIVER FORM. 
    • Required for participation in any sporting activity
  • Sign in for every session they attend.
  • Follow all WHBC guidelines and policies.
  • Be 18+ unless otherwise stated.

League Registration

For K5-6th graders

We provide a non-competitive league that is focused on skills development, sportsmanship, and character growth.
Waiver is included in registration.
Cost and Divisions
Cost
$85 ($95 after November 23)

Divisions
K5/1st; 2nd/3rd; 4th-6th grade; all teams are coed
Evaluations
Each player should attend one of the following evaluations, which should take about 15 minutes to run through some drills and try on a sample uniform size (over clothes).

• Thursday, December 3, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
• Saturday, December 5, 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Practice
All teams will practice the morning of Saturday, January 2. Weekly practices will be on either Monday or Thursday, depending on your team's assigned night.
Games
First game for teams will be Saturday, January 9th. All other games will be played on the following Saturday mornings until February 27th.
