All our events are family-friendly, plan to bring the whole family. 

Childcare will be available for Friday night Cottage Meetings (4th grade and younger) and the Saturday brunches (6 year-olds and younger). REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS and will open in early July.

Cottage Meetings

Friday, July 31
6-8pm

We encourage families to attend together, with kids 5th grade and up participating with their parents. Childcare is available at the church for 4th grade and younger (with the option to pack or have a dinner provided for your child.) Each GO Partner has been paired with a host home for this event. Come share appetizers and desserts and enjoying hear ministry reports from our GO Partners.

There will be two brunches running simultaneously (one for men/boys, one for women/girls). These events are free and held at the church. Following brunch will be a panel from our GO Partners. Childcare available for 6 years and younger.

Worship Services and ABFs

Join us for worship Sunday morning as our GO Partners go into our ABFs to share stories from the field. Pastor Scott will be giving a call to action for WHBC to take a step of faith to serve in missions in Dayton & around the world.

Jam City Passports

Each year, we offer our Children's Ministry an opportunity to engage with our GO Partners too! They have "passports" that they need to fill with information from each GO Partner throughout the weekend. Show completed passports to our Children's Director, Mrs. Edem, for a special prize!

All church Picnic

Sunday evening, August 2nd

6-8pm

Sunday evening we will join together for picnic in our back field with our GO Partners, where they will share stories of God at work in their mission fields. You will have the option to pack a meal for your family or purchase boxed lunches from a selected vendor. Bring your lawn chairs and tents.
