Justin Hoppe
Executive Pastor
Justin grew up at Washington Heights Baptist Church and joined the church staff in 2012 after several years in food service management, following a growing desire to serve Christ and His Church. He currently serves as our Executive Pastor (keeping the staff in line) a role he stepped into in 2024. Justin holds degrees from Baptist Bible College and The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he earned a Doctor of Educational Ministry.
Justin and his wife, Grace, married in 2004 and have five children—Cade, Caroline, Charlotte, Levi, and Wesley. Together, they are passionate about missions, discipleship, and helping couples grow through pre-marital and marital counseling. Justin is actively involved in supporting missionaries and leading cross-cultural mission trips, desiring to see lives shaped by the gospel locally and around the world.
